Our Return Policy: There's virtually no risk to try a Biozone® Air Purifier. When you purchase an air purifier from OurFamilysHealth.com, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate your machine. If you are not completely satisfied with your unit, then simply ship it back to us. All we ask is that you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of your package. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages which do not display this number, for our protection.

The unit MUST be returned with all of the original packaging and the uncompleted warranty card and owner's manual. The unit must be in saleable condition, clean and undamaged. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to Biozone. We cannot issue refunds on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. We hate to do it, but we will assess a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders that do not comply with our Return Policy.
