for Biozone® Air Purifiers
What Is Covered
For
three years from the date of purchase, all parts defective in
material and workmanship are covered.
What Biozone Will
Do
Repair
or replace any defective parts.
What You Must Do
| 1. Contact your
sales representative or dealer or call Biozone Scientific (the
manufacturer) at (888) 284-8044 for specific return and shipping
instructions. |
| 2. Pack the product
in its original carton and in the same manner in which you received
it (or as close as possible to original packing). |
| 3. Label the unit
with the address provided by customer service. |
| 4. Affix proper
postage. |
| 5. If you have
been provided with a return authorization number, please be sure
this number is displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping
carton. |
| 6. Ship the unit,
including proof of purchase, back to Biozone Scientific. |
Other Conditions
The provisions of this
warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express
or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum
liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by
you for the product, less shipping and handling charges. In no
event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental,
consequential or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover
a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance,
accident, improper packing or unauthorized tampering, alteration
or modification as determined solely by Biozone Scientific. This
warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been
removed or defaced.
Replacement Parts
Use of parts other than
those supplied by the original manufacturer voids the warranty.
Contact manufacturer for replacement of any components.
Maintenance
Replace the lamp on your
Biozone® Air Purifier once every 12 to 15 months. If operating
the unit in a dusty or smoky environment, periodically open the
unit to ensure that the lamp is not coated. (Unplug unit before
performing this or any other unit maintenance). Clean the lamp
with a soft cloth; rubbing alcohol may be used if necessary.
